Piece of crap that GM won't back up!!!

Well I have been given the absolute shaft! The tranny on my car is FUCKED but it is still drivable sorta. It kept "popping out" of 3rd and 5th gear and was leaking transmission fluid. I took it to the dealer where I bought the car. When they got to looking at it they called the area service rep and to make a long story short they denied warranty on all work I was requesting to be done on my car because it was "all from abuse". (Wheels chipping, tranny, interior door lock/window switch paint peeling, brakes vibrating) My car has 27k miles on it (had 24k when i took it to dealer...took it to florida on spring break=27k now). Before i took the car to florida I had to take it to a transmission shop and spend 120 bucks out of my own pocket so it wouldn't leak fluid. They said (and showed me everything) that there were chunks of metal that came out when they took it apart to JB Weld the crankcase (im pretty sure thats what it was). Now I am back from florida and I dont have second gear because it grinds when I try to shift into 2nd. It WILL go into second but it makes me cringe to hear the grind so i just skip second and it sucks I am no longer having fun with this 500/month car (or bucket of bolts however you want to look at it). I cant trade it in because any dealer who drives it will know the tranny is screwed, I cant afford the 3000+++ to get the tranny replaced or fixed and it wouldnt be worth it anyways because it will still be a junk transmission.

I do NOT abuse my car at all I don't wheelhop it I can count the times on one hand (when I first got it and didnt know how to launch it and on wet roads once or twice). They said that since I have stage 2 and an intake (those are my ONLY mods) I must use the car for racing so they say it is abused and they will not fix it. I am so sick of the bull **** I have put up with on this car I wish someone would just steal it or burn it for me and take the trouble from my hands because I am fed up with gm and them not backing up what they sell. This car will be the last gm I own unless they fix it for me or hell freezes over. I am not gonna sit here and say that I never have raced anyone because I have or that I do not occasionally drive the car like gm makes it look like it is meant to be driven. Why would they sell a factory supercharged vehicle and sell performance parts for it if they do not expect it to be DRIVEN. I no longer know what to do with this piece of 25000 dollar junk!!!!!

I've got a plan that does not involve leaving keys in the car or hotwiring...I have thought this out for quite a while...

Lol I have thought about burning it but I couldnt think of a way for it to burn and look like the "cars fault" rather than starting the fire with a lit cigarette on a floor mat or something. I didnt want to call them and ask but I am assuming that if they figure out that the car burned from dropping a cig or somethin they wouldnt cover it.

You better delete this ASAP.
If something unfortunate happens from this point on, then it was meant to be, but If I were you and something DID happen, I would not want this floating around!

Thanks...I will remember that if I am left with no choice but I do not plan on keeping the car one way or another.
