I started my day off great today. Last night it was beautiful so i decided to put on my summer rims and convert my injen sri into the cai. This morning i was on my way to bowl on a bowling league and was running late to begin with. The express way was backed up already due to construction but today they decided that they needed to repair some pot holes and make it even more congested down to 1 lane instead of 2. Well i finally make my way around them and it was back to 2 lanes and pretty smooth sailing until i hit a huge hole they hadn't gotten to yet. It went and bent my nice new rim on the inside and outside which resulted in the tire deflating and me stuck in a construction zone to try and put the spare on. Worst thing is i can't find anyone that sells BSA 333 Black rims anymore, let alone someone that will sell just one. My father-in-law thinks he may be able to beat it out but it looks doubtful to me. Have a look yourself and let me know what you think. I plan on contacting the road commission to see if they will reimburse me for the cost to replace the rim but that is going to be slim to none.

Just wanted let everyone know that i called MDOT (Michigan Department of Transportation) and filed a claim. They aren't open on the weekends so I have to wait until Monday to hear back from them. Said on the recording that I should get a call back within 24 hours of them opening
