Help with installing rear pads please?
I was changing my brake pads yesterday and when I got to the rear, it wasn't letting me push the piston back to fit the new pads in.
Might it have something to do with the e-brake being back there and I need to release something? Any ideas would be appreciated, thanks.

you are going to need a erar brake caliper tool. the rear brake caliper turns in. it has 2 small divots at 12 and 6 o'clock. the tool has different sized rings with 2 corresponding bumps. you simply turn the tool with a 9/16 wrench and the piston goes back in
i believe you can borrow the tool from auto zone or some store like that

^^ Yep. He's right. I twisted mine with my hand. Don't ask me how I did it, I just did. By the way, those brakes are self adjusting too. So don't panic when you go for a test drive and you dont have any brakes.
Here's a trick. Drive in reverse and stop. Do this a good 6 times and your brake feel should return back to normal. Trust me it works.

if you did the fronts also, then before you even start the car...make sure you push on the brake pedal until its so hard you can't push it in anymore. After you start the car, do the same so when you drive it the pads are already set.
Good Luck
