Need help ASAP Injen CAI

I'm almost done the install (Starting to get cold out lol)
When I'm installing the secondary pipe with the vibra mount, the hole that leaves the engine bay and goes down to where the bong was and where the filter will go is a problem for me.

The pipe can hit the sides of the opening into the filter area.
Right next to the Vibra mount.

When I got it all tightened, the vibramount gives it some "play" so it moves with the engine, however the pipe can knock into the sides of the opening.

Help. Is this the way it should be?

Take a small piece of rubber hose, Cut it in half the long way, and wrap it around the hole, thats what I did

Yeah, just put some kind of anti-chaffing wrap around the opening. That will protect the duct.

K&N includes some rubber trim for that purpose. Even some door-edge protector stuff will work, just stick it all the way around the hole.

BTW, after I plugged in the MAF and put the negative on the battery again, I knew the computer was in "learn mode" again. So I drove it like I stole it for a while.

No CEL's!
