prolly see around 240-250hp and 220tq, a FULL exhaust including down pipe would free up the exhaust flow a lil better and will give u more power. to make it faster get smaller pulley's just make sure you have proper fuel injectors and the right tune

I'd say 240-250whp... 220wtq... somewhere in there.

Throw on a 2.8" and do Header-Back exhaust. Then you will probably be like me!

Being that so many differential variables play into affect here there is no way of knowing what your car will dyno from sea level and above, from each modification above stock, and via the mailorder style tune from GM. Being that the tune is a mild tune setup for all 50 states makes it sit well in all areas, you would have to take in account that the GM tune is probably not set up to take advantage of the higher amount of air that will be forced into the engine via the intake, or the spent gasses being sent out via the improved exhaust. It's almost impossible to predict what these modifications would make from car to car or dyno to dyno. Being that your in New Orleans which can get relatively sticky hot with humidity in the summer and spring and that your below sea level, I would have to say a conservative 245, because the tune is not setup for your other modifications.

These #'s are probably estimated from a Dynojet

...on the mustang dyno i was on... Maybe 230whp. 210wtq.

yes, they would. but on a 4cyl. there is only 1 header.
you can get a 2.8" pulley for like $60 @ ZZP. you would see a bigger gain with that.

i still think the header is a good idea though.

My intenses stage 3(2.9" pulley), corsa exhaust, and K&N intake dynoed my 253 HP and 227 TQ. I currently have the stage 4 w/2.5 pulley and CTI header w/o cat which i have yet to dyno. I'm thinking if i got a dyno i would put down 275-280 HP. My current dyno of 260 was calculated on 17" tires instead of my 18s which if corrected would be around 265-270 HP IIRC.

Yep, I could get him about 205 now, and about 245 (two different dynos here in the
Denver area). And if he want's 300, I'd be glad to change the Factor on the second dyno before the run
