Cobra Heat Exchanger???

i've seen a cobra heat exchanger in a lot of people's "signature" and i was wondering where i could get one and how much they cost. The only other place i've seen a heat exchanger for the Cobalt was at cobaltaddiction.com. How does everything compare up?? Thanks.

most people are getting them off of ebay .. or you can do some lurking in the svt forums and find them pretty cheap .. also do a google on afco .. they make some really nice h/e's that will work with our car .. but most what i have found on ebay are from 50-100, good luck bro

I have also heard good things about the CA exchanger, but it is more expensive than $50-100

From what I have seen/heard its a really nice setup. Plus it comes with stainless hoses which, imo dissipate heat faster than rubber hose

Was looking on the AFCO website, they do have some nice set ups, which would fit our car though?

So a heat exchanger from a supercharged cobra would fit our cars?? or do you have to do any modifications to make it fit?? and would it be better, same, or worse then the cobalt-addiction heat exchanger? i know the price is waaayyy better!

the cobra HE fits nicely in our grill, you just buy some brackets from Bwoody, but you have to trim the bracket.

You don't need to buy the mounts. There is a how to that shows you how to do it the homedepot way. I can vouch that it works.

Very easy just follow Blown-4-Bangers How-To and you can do it in no time! I had alot more trouble w/ mine b/c my pump was burned up so I took one off of a Cobra and used that!

It's not real hard to make new lines, and you font have to flush the fluid, but you will get bubbles in the watter for a week or so.
