got the stage 2 from gm cuz it doesnt void warranty. wand h/e/i but not sure if it void warranty. someone with info on if these will void out warranty hit me up.

research. Magnusson-Moss Act. no aftermarket part can void warranty unless problem can be directly attributed to the aftermarket part and proven that aftermarket part caused it.

talk to your dealer about it. most dont mind... but it all is on an individual basis.

I/H/E is pretty minor, so you shouldnt have a problem.

and in theory the Magnusson-Moss Act is great..... but good luck when you go to a dealer and they say your warranty is void because of your parts. are you really going to take them to court and pay those legal fees?

 

The dealer by me always says that it just voids the warrenty on the parts I change which would make sense because they would not be on the car anymore.

 

what i read is that they must prove that a mod caused said problem that is being worked on under warranty..for ex...... if you put a cat back exhaust on, and your fuel pump dies , it would still be under warranty

They will void your warrenty if you install it your self dealer does it its covered under your warrenty

 

Here we go again with this warranty stuff. Why buy a tuner car if you are worried about the warranty? Not trying to be mean but, get yourself a honda like every other kid and dont worry about it.
