Help Exhaust experts pls

I bought the CA Stainless Steel Header on Cobalt addiction 2.25" to stock size collector, and I'm planning change the rest of the exhaust system,

should I change everything with 2.5" after the header 2.25"?

or should I keep my 2.25" downpipe and stock line, just changing muffler & cat with magnaflows 2.25"?

I will really appreciate your help.....

You should just go with that header, the 2.5" downpipe with cat and any exhaust 2.5" or even 2.25" It will work.

Don't just change the muffler and cat. You will be a lot happier doing the whole thing. Do it right, do it once.

Hi flow cats flow 99% of straight pipe and if your worried about that 1% sucking down HP (you will never notice TRUST me) then go the bigger cat and DP. You'd never notice it tho believe me. Its your money, why spend more of it then you need to?

if you want to save $

if you want to save money then you can go with the gm sport exhaust. then get the ca header ca dp thats 2.5 highflow cat. thats what i got and it all cost me 505 with tip for exhaust 220 for header and 290 for dp. so about 1050 bucks. all mods total i have short antenae 25$ and gm intake 290$ and streetglow neons 139$ so i have around 1600$ into the car for now and a 150$ tune.

if you want to save money and have just as good of a job go to a local exhaust shop that does mandrel bending and have them do everything. pick out your muffler and resonator and leave them to the piping and welding. you can get a catback made for 1/3 the price of what magnaflow or any other brand is selling their **** for
