Im not sure about the coating on those rims (polished, clear coat, etc...) but you could start by buying some wheel cleaner safe for their finish or some safe all purpose cleaner like Meguiars makes. Then hit them with a clay bar and a fresh coat of wax and they should be good as new.

If they are polished just polish them:twothumbs

I recently used Mr Clean Magic Erasers made for wheels and tires and they worked well on my wheels

I use "Never Dull" by Eagle 1. Its like cotton soaked with cleaner and works very well at cutting all kinds of grime; especially brake dust. I then wipe them down with a microfiber towel.

+1. As long as the wheel cleaner is not Acid based, you are probably going to be ok. But just to be safe, you can get a cleaner that is made to handle your specific coated wheel.

Wheel cleaner costs too much for what it does, I use a mild dish soap, water and a terry cloth and I can't tell the difference between the cleaning potential of either. Unless it's really aged dirt or grime, mild dish soap will do the trick relatively easy.
