Front Mount Dimensions?!

Does anyone here have the dimensions for the Cobalt Addictions Front Mount Heat Exchanger? I really need them because I want to make something for it before I order it! Please help me out!

Im not positive, mine is in my car now, But I think I measured it at 23X7X4

All I need to know it the lenght of the fins not including the end plates ..... I want to make a How to on how to make a DIY cryo2 kit with compressed air.
