Which cores flopped in dual pass??

I'm wondering which cores you guys flopped, the top two or the bottom 2, to get the two large openings in the middle 2 and the small openings in the outside 2.

I've been having trouble with mine, I thought I did it one way but I felt a loss of power, SO I switched the plumbing so the pump would go to the middle and the outside ones would go to the fill.

I didn't notice much difference in power after I did that but a few things worry me.

1- The water was warm inside the fill neck but my cobra H/E was cold which leads me to believe there was no flow.

2- But, after a 15 minute drive and 10 minute warm up the S/C was hot and the intake manifold was cool to the touch, which leads me to believe that it was doing its job well.

So does anyone have a pic of how the lamnova tubes look in stock location?

Or does anyone remember which they flipped and how they plumbed it?

I flipped the bottom two, I did Option B with the exrta coolant resivoir though so the hoses on the endplate are setup different.

How are your hoses setup?? Is the small things of the cores in the middle or on the outsides??

I can't remember the way the cores look at the ends now. I did it along time ago. The middle hose goes to after cooler out on the drivers side. The top and bottom goes to a tee to joint them and then another tee, one side goes to the new resivoir, the other end to the pump in. Pump out goes to aftercooler in. Just like in these instructions http://www.crateenginedepot.com/store/pdfs/sidekit.pdf

keep in mind you are not going to see any power increase with the dual pass. just cooler temps and the ability to keep your power after multiple runs. because of this, you are taking precautionary measures by putting less stress on the s/c.

you could most likely increase timimg, but w/o doing that you will not feel any power increase.
