A/C Removal?

Anyone know of a writeup for the removal of the A/C on the SS/SC? I've never used an air conditioner on any vehicle that I've owned, so I normally just remove them, but it doesn't look quite as straight forward on the SS/SC or am I just making it overly complicated?

And if you don't know of a writeup does anyone know where I can find a Chiltons or something? I googled it and I couldn't find anything.

The only build manual I have seen is the one Crate Engine Depot has on sale right now, which is the GM shop manual.

Click on thier sale link on thier first post.

Remove the condensor&AC lines from the vehicle and gut the compressor. That's about it really. You still have to have the compressor in there for the belt to run, but if you gut it it will ighten it up quite a bit. I would never do it becuase it is not a race car, but whatever.
