I'll go first:

I know I only drive an LT, but after I had my projectors and my rims installed I actually had a girl ask me what kind of BMW I had. I didn't quite know how to answer her, but as I walked away I was thinking "I guess girls really are that stupid". Made me feel really good though about my car.

 

i had a couple of guys in a beat down blazer compliment me on my car at a stop light....thought they where going to want to race at first...they looked stunned by the car...that was prolly the best.

 

The little kids that walk past it every day and say "thats a cool car." They're only kids but I hear it almost every day so its nice

 

'what is that, an audi'
'hey thats an awesome car, i think im going to go look into getting one'
of course there are the fast food line people
then there are the 4 girls in their mustang that like your car, just graduated, and wanting to get fucked who give you their numbers to hang out that night

Not really a compliment, but I've got a real loud exhaust lol.

Got pulled over for it one time, and the cop told me that his shift was about to end, than he says " if this was a cvic, I'd give you the ticket, but I like your creativity" lol. Let me go that day.

prolly the funniest one was..... "is that the new skyline?!" even tho i still have the chevy badges/ with ss on the back

but other then that ive had rondom compliments, one was even from an SI driver! he had an absolutely gorgeous SI!!!

 

a guy in a gto that i raced and beat said he wanted to trade his car for mine lol.

 

every time i go to the track and all the rednecks come up and are amazed at the times haha

 

I had an older guy, around 40, come up to me and tell me he loved my car and the color (sunburst orange). He said it reminded him of when he was young and ran camaro's. I love getting compliments from other people who know cars.

Also after I beat a guy in a stock boxer he told me it felt like somebody just cut his ***** off

 

Someone saw me driving a few times, finally noticed the cobaltss.net sticker, tracked me down on here and said it was "nice to see a sexy woman driving a sexy car". How nice

 

i raced a 06 Z06 vette once he stayed next to me from 50-110 then put and instant 5 cars on me. we pulled into a gas station and he said "that car is nice and it pretty quick to oh and the supercharger sounds awsome"

 

I get stares and waves from people everyday. More than a dozen people told me this was the best looking car they've seen in a long time. And women love the Lazer Blue!
This car turns heads and creates smiles.
...or maybe its just the hot driver behind the wheel!

 

I believe it went something like "Nice car, Wanna ****?"

I always get " Hey what is that? " or "Wow thats a beautiful color!" ARRIVAL BLUE FTW!

 

I had 2 dudes ask me about the SS when i was at a car show and couldnt believe that the 2.0 runs on 12lbs of boost! They knew all about forced induction too....they were throwing around all sorts of lingo i havent heard before.

 

an 70 odd something year old man stopped me coming out of kwik trip and told me that i had a very nice looking car (seeing the ss badges brought him back to his camaro days)

he then proceded to talk my head off about cars for the next 15 min

 

 

I got complimented by a guy in a Porsche Carrera 911 convertible today. We were both turning left, he was in the right lane and I was in the left (two turn lanes), as we straightened out, I gunned it through first and a bit of second and then let off (not even realizing the 911 was just about next to me). At the next light he was next to me and said "Damn man that sounds insane! Are you boosted?" Then he complimented my color, which, as we all know, Arrival Blue is the best. I thanked him and told him I'm completely stock and not the supercharged cobalt...

Not sure why, but at wide open throttle, a lot of people seem to think that the 2.2 ecotec sounds like it has a supercharger...it does whine a little bit and is pretty loud for a stock engine...(unless a K&N drop in makes it not stock anymore )

 

I get the standard "is that the supercharged one?" all the time. Im gonna take that as a compliment. And then sometimes i get the "man i can really hear the turbo!" which would just be the intake noise.

 

yeh i normally get the same thing. "is that the Super Sport?" i just simply say nah and they ask ... "Turbo or Supercharger?" they **** their heads sideways when i say Injen CAI lol!

 

I once had a mexican (literally from mexico) guy stop short of a red light about three cars just to hang out of his window and say "oye!! corre bien ese carrito!? esta boniiiito!!".

Most of the time I just get lots of looks. The biggest compliment is probably when people in other cars cant take their eyes off of mine and will contort their neck or body in any way possible just to keep staring. lol
