You don't have to do anything with the supercharger when you change the oil. The supercharger has its own oil. You don't need to change the oil in the supercharger either. According to GM you "never" have to change the oil, but I believe in good practice the supercharger oil should probably be changed every 30,000 miles or so.

You do have to change the SC oil every 45,000 miles - Says so in the GM service Manual

Here's the answer your probably looking for:

The SC has it's own oil supply. It uses a special synthetic SC oil. No need to change it until 30K-34K miles. But if you want to change it go to www.INTENSE-racing.com and pick some up.

To change it isn't too bad. You pull the fill/drain plug out of the snout then use a small suction hose or syringe to take out the fluid and put the new fluid in. I think you can do this while the SC is still in the car as long as the upper radiator hose isn't in the way. If it is, then you just have to pull the SC off the car which is only like a 20 to 30 minute job.

Officially, the supercharger is a sealed unit and does not require an oil change. To the person that said GM's service manual recommends every 45k - were you looking at a Cobalt manual? I know GM recommends changing s/c oil on some of their other cars.
