help choosing some lowering springs.
after i get my gm lip and eventually my side skirts replaced(too low to the ground for rest of the kit) i plan on -slightly- lowering my car. i dont want to do anything crazy , and i know nothing of suspension stuff but i just want some springs that wont make me have to get extra crap. i dont know how to explain it. basically i just want some springs that i can throw in there and not have to do anything else and not be worried about breaking something. if there is such a thing. if not then fsck i'll just get ss springs. lol
yeah. i was going to end up changing my side skirts anyways if i got the ss bumper. they cut a deal with me-ish and said that they will order the gm front lip(which does look nice) and paint and install it for free, and if i want, they will get the side skirts and i wont have to pay for them, just for the paint and install.
I'm on Pro-kits with RK sport kit. It's a great combo. The front lip is a little close to the ground and grounds out occasionally. I installed some aluminum skid plates on the lip to protect it.
eibach proline wouldn't be bad, but if its just a drop you want save yourself come cash and get the SSC springs. I think they give the perfect drop, I would like to see just a little more in the front, but thats only because i'm pickey. sportlines are too much of a drop in my oppinion. tenzos... no. they don't lower your car, they slam it.
