I need an HP tuners tune.

Ok guys I have a problem. Everytime I slip my car in neutral (while in motion) to stop the vehicle (for a stop light, stop sign etc etc) the car surges really really bad. I have hptuners but I'm not mechanicly trained so I had a friend tune it for me. I was told it was cuz I was running 60# injectors on a 42# tune so thats when I realized I had to get hptuners. So I got it & had it tuned. It was still doing the same thing after the tune. I need someone who knows what their doing 2 make me a custom tune for racing bcuz sometimes when it surges, the idle will go so low that the car willshut off on me & its quite embaressing if your in the middle of an intersection & the nicest car in the intersection shuts off & you got 2 restart it. What I need is someone with hptuners to make me a racing tune & send it to this email address: Pugsley2589@sbcglobal.net

MY CAR:
2006 Cobalt SS/SC

MY CURRENT MODS ARE:
60# Siemans injectors
2.8 Supercharger pulley
Injen CAI
2.5" CA headers
2.5" XTC downpipe w/ cat
Pacesetter 2.5" cat-back exhaust
Fidanza lightweight flywheel
Spec Stage 3 Clutch
NGK 1 step colder plugs
Ingalls "stiffy"

My VIN is:
1G1AP14P367829439

Somebody please help me with this because I cant stand this surges anymore.
1 last thing. I am constantly running 2 DTC's
DTC #1 P0300
DTC #2 P0315

If you have HPTuners, multiply adaptive idle overspeed and underspeed in both park/neutral and in gear tables by .75 and see if it helps.

***Disclaimer-take my tuning tips at your own risk.

Edit: Your DTCs are due to an incorrect minimum pulse width more than likely (my best guess) and a PCM swap in which the CASE learn procedure wasn't done.
