Ok..so im gonna be getting rid of my 2.2 soon cause "i wanna go fast" i was wondering what is the G85 package i hear alot of people talking about it and the search button wasnt working for me..and i thinking if i should get the stage 2 put on too or should i wait later down the road??? sorry im really dont know alot about the Ss/sc i just wanna know what i should do?

 

LSD transmission + Recaro seats for 2006 model year. SOME 2007 got the recaro seats and trans, but most are just the trans. The seats are no longer an option.

 

get the G85 if you can find one.... I'd get used to the car before you go to STAGE 2

LImited Slip Diff....sends equal power to both wheels when one wheel is spinning,it automatically sends power to the other wheel that isnt spining,so at the end u got 2 wheels pullin you out of a corner instead of only 1,which means your traction will increase

i beleive 24,000 is kinda expensive..they go for 20,000-22,000 around here...if ur goin to pay all that money,mind as well get an srt4 and but a bug turbo on it and enjoy it everyday u drive it...after all its only a neon to some people

 

hmmm thats true i dont know why its so much maybe i should look into it more..and i asked the dealers here at the dodge place they were like srt4's arent selling well around here so we dont sell them.. yes the east coast is weak at times

i was referring to a used one...look around the area maybe around 150-200 miles away...i bought my cobalt almost 300 miles away from my house and i saved about 3 grand..it was used,but 3 grand in savings is alot of money for a college student

so I hear... there will be NO SS/SC's in 08'.... so ****** up an 07'.... and if there is no LSD, it's liveable if you are not racing

 

24k is about right for a new 07 with everything on it. now if it doesnt have all the options then yeah thats to much.

I GOT MYSELF A 05 Pontiac GTO!!! used it had 25,764 miles on it and my friend only made me pay 19,800 for it!! it already has sway bars and tints and black rims and its painted black and the only thing wrong with it is the front right rim has a dent in it and im gonna fix that tomorrow thought id share and its 400 hp!!!auto!

 

No it's not. I just bought mine last Wed. and payed 22K FULLY LOADED including red insert leather, G85 package, sunroof, air bag package, and so on.

My '07 SS/SC had a 22.4K sticker and I payed 19,000 for it =D before trade.........(No G85 or Sunroof) and I got a free bent rod too! ::sniffles:: Pick her up at 10am tomorrow! Super duper excited!

That's not a bad price...I have seen used ones around that price range though (I think 04's)...They drop in value so fast

I would check insurance before making any commitments...Insurance companies aren't to nice about 400 hp cars

 

eghhh ya its cool...ya the rim is now fixed.and ya the 04 have i think 350 hp and the 05's and up have 400hp so its defnately cool
