Coming to Calgary from Edmonton?

Hey I was wondering if anyone from Edmonton coming to Calgary in the next week or 2.I want to get 2 drag radials from Leduc and it would be great if someone coming down could pick them up for me so I wouldn't have to get them shipped.Let me know.
Thanks,Chris.

Jekyl I was going to go with those but then it would suck having to have someone watch my wheels all night at the track. So I am going with the new drag radials that hoosier has 225 50 16 there like $232 each. I'll put them on my winter tire rims steelies off an hhr.The rims are a bit narrow but I think they will work ok. I'll see if grayhound is going off strike next week.I could probably get them stuck on the bus.

THe quicktime Pros are suppossed to be a DOT legal tire lol. They actually have two tread lines in them that are about 5 mm deep. I drove my car to the track with the slicks on and the car handled fine. Even cruising at 100+ km/h. and if a cop hassles you... just tell him ur on ur way to the track and when ur done ull go straight home... and also show him the tread lines in it. But the chances of that happening are slim to none.

Anyways.... I dont see the point in drag radials on a FWD car. a Slick is the only way to get real traction becuase you have the disadvantage of no weight being shifted onto the drive tires. With a RWD car, drag radials work good becuase they have the addition of weight being transfered to them.
