Words from the wise?

Hello,

I have purchased my vehicle:

2006 Victory Red Cobalt SS S/C
-G85 Package w/ Recarro
-Power Sunroof
-Onstar
-XM Radio
(Everything except the Smoker's Package, if i forgot anything) - So the car is LOADED.

I know that i read somewhere about some wires being too close to the supercharger, and a few other tips from previous owners.

Do you have anything that you think i should know? I am picking up this car tomorrow night or wednesday morning, depending on when my mom's GM discount is "approved". If there are any tips, even if they sound stupid, please let me know.
ANY advice is greatly appreciated.

I will post pics as soon as i can.

Thanks in advance

congrats on the car. if you search the forums you will see any info that relates to concerns over wires and other possible problems (I have had none with mine and I have almost 10,000 miles on mine). This should keep you occupied until you get your new "Baby"

the radiator hose going over the snout of the s/c , and the intake tube there is a stud that hits the tube and punctures it

and congrats on the car

The antenna may be ugly, but it's a good service. IMO

....at least they did combine the 2 antenna's into one and moved it to the back of the roof . It does look alot better than 2 .

Most problems the 05's had pretty much shoulda been addressed on the 06's . Just enjoy Avoid roadkill is my advise , lol . I hit a racoon , and the lower lip spoiler wasnt high enuff to clear it . So instead of running it over , I hit it and it tore entire lip spoiler off .

thanks guys,

i'm just so paranoid because i'm only 18, so this is pretty much all of my money, and i have to finance some too. I want it to be perfect, and hope i can avoid any problems before they occur.
