I've been making a few vids on the old ladys camera, and I know how to post them... BUT i can't post one longer than 45 seconds. I'm exceeding the 100mb limit with such short vids. how do i lower the quality on her camera to make like a 4 or 5 minute video to post?

This is sort of time sensitive cause theres a meet tomorrow here in NJ and I'd like to film it for you guys

easiest way is to open it in windows movie maker
then when you go to produce the movie to your hard drive, you can select how many MBs to make the movie
