Hi, I want to know which clutch stage 1 and flywheel is better?? Exedy or Fidanza?? I want to install it on a tranny f23 Getrag 5-speed manual.. I know the 2 brands are good, but I dont know which is better..

i have the exedy and its awesome........ and i wasnt aware that fidanza made a clutch for our transmission, only a flywheel...... get the exedy

 

Exedy makes the clutch, fidanza makes the flywheel... Neither company makes the opposite, unless it is exedy for the 2.0L cobalt (hyper single)
