anyone emissions tested yet?

I'm wondering if anyone has by chance had any sort of emissions test done on an LSJ yet?

The reason I ask is that the LSJ was just cancelled for model year 08 due to "emissions limitations". I also know that (especially w/ the stage 2 kit/reflash) these cars run extremely rich.

Where I live, a car does not have to be e-tested until it is 5 years old. That would be 2010 for me. Cars here have to pass thresholds for NOx, CO and HCs. I'm wondering if some of us (depending on rules in your state/province) might be in for a surprise in 2010+ when we try to pass e-tests.

Has anyone had one done?? What were your results?

At idle, the LSJ will run at about a 14.5, the same as all other modern engines. It only runs rich under wot. The reason all modern cars run at 14.5 is because Cats are designed to work from ~14 to ~14.5 AFR. Now if you did a Cat delete, you have pretty much no chance since your putting out about two orders of magnitude more NOx, CO, and HC then a car with a Cat.
