im about to purchase a gm stage 2 kit and i wanted 2 kno if anyone was from maryland or PA that got a stage 2 installed and where they got it done it at cuz im a lil nervous about letting a dealership do it cuz most of those guys are complete idiots..lol..........thanx in advance for any help

 

hey im right outside baltimore in glen burnie. ive called all the dealerships around the area and i cant get any of them to do it. someone on here had one installed at fox chevrolet on security blvd, not sure who it was but they said they had no issues there. I was told when i called they dont install them i dont know though. good luck.

 

Theres a dealer is clarksville, win kelly they can do it, and the one by me in gaithersburg, criswell chevy.

 

i went to criswell in gaithersburg with another member on here boostinlsj, they quoted us 2300 dollars for install. im not even making that up, the service manager told us that with a striaght face to. we though he was kidding. hes like no the stage 2 power upgrade 2300 dollars install, why would you want to throw your warranty away for that much money and 36 hp. 2300 dollars that was rediculous.

 

$2300????????that guy deserves 2 be kicked in the crouch!...i just wanna know where i can get my stage 2 put on by someone that has already done it and not pay an arm and a leg!

 

yeah he seemed like an *******. i havent been able to find a dealer to install yet. im trying to sell my 1986 monte carlo ss now and as soon as thats gone im goin to buy the tag stage 1. my warranty is almost up and gm doesnt cover **** anyways so im goin to end it for good. lol

 

Yea dealerships around here suck! I rather just make my own kit and get tuned with hp tuners. Install with friends.
