HALO PROJECTOR HEADLIGHTS /hid kit
Assuming he got these off ebay..a quick search yielded this link...http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/XENON...31584954QQrdZ1 which states that the HID kit is 8000k
last 3 shots are highbeams, so that explains the glare there
but i think those puppies need to be aimed
the angle your camera is on with the beam in them means you have that cutoff pretty high.
at that angle your shouldnt see any glare at all from the projectors (lowbeam)

I worded my post badly, sorry about that.
I meant that i felt the lowbeams werent aimed right on.
Your gonna have no luck finding someone to aim those, because they are an aftermarket piece, and an absolute bitch to get set right.
Take your 10mm socket, and your phillips screwdriver with you for the next 2 weeks.
The only way to get it perfect is to drive/tweak drive/tweak.
