I been searching around and can not find a good how to on installing the GMP manifold. I just would like to print them out and take them with me tonight to make things easier. I think I can get it done without it, just will take longer. +rep whoever finds me the best link. Thanks alot.

I know I asked before, I lost the threads, can't find them.

Bump, in a hurry *sigh*

Rally wants to break into the 12's while only using GMPP, its not really about the cost.

http://tunersource.gmblogs.com/Racer...k_to_250hp.pdf It shows the removal and install of the intake manifold in that book.

LOL, well the GMP manifold only cost me like 125 bucks shipped. Got lucky and bought one from a guy aka member here. Brand new never used. If it was not about cost, I would be in the 10s already

just FYI, when tightening the manifold studs work your way from the middle out. thats the proper way to tighten them. you need to soak them in PB Blaster for a while too, they will break loose much easier

oh, I assumed you wanted something like the intake manifold since you needed install instructions. I didn't realize you were looking for the rear manifold install. That is like a 10 minute job.

the header we are talking about right? Yeah, 10 minutes or so. 20 if you are relaxing and laid back doing it. Took me longer to get my CAI in than my header on.

lmao, no way unless you did it as soon as you bought the car and the studs were not completely set from heat and what not. those studs are a bitch, you have to disconnect it from the DP, etc.

I took the dp the whole way off since I was replacing it too. It all came off fairly easy of course it was on a lift with air tools. Even getting to that stupid oil filter seemed harder than the header. It took me 25 minutes and a cut up hand on my third change.
