Where can i find the Stage 3 Pulley?
Where can i find the GM Stage 3 2.99 pulley? i looked everywhere cant find it by itself. And would it void the warranty even though its gm and could i do it myself without voiding the warranty or do i need a gm tech to do it?

I think it will void the warranty if you change it. Take it to a dealer.

i get about 18psi with a 2.8 pulley
and as for plugs this is what the site i use recomends.
Stock Pulley Size is 3.346"
Stock System can handle the 3.30"
Colder Plugs 3.20"-3.10"
Colder Plugs and larger injectors (42-44lb) with tuning for 3.00-2.90
Colder Plugs and larger injectors (50-65lb) with tuning for 2.80-2.70
Colder Plugs Snout machine and larger injectors (65lb+) with tuning for 2.60 or smaller.
You should be at 16 psi. Buy one range cold plugs. Cobalt-addiction sell those.
What is the most cost effective way to do this? Buy the stage 2 and then buy the stage 3 pulley? Will the stage 2 belt work on the stage 3 pulley?
So its not safe to run regular plugs with the S2/ w S3 pulley?

boost will depend on your intake and exhaust work, as well as altitude and temperature.
by quite a bit.
a 2.8 at altitude, on a hot day, with full exhaust work. can boost as low as 15.5psi.
at sealevel, on a cool day, with stock exhaust, could push past 18.
You dont have to change your plugs with s2, or with s3 pully.
but ive noticed that some nice performance coppers help.
With gaps please dont read anything as gospel.
Start with the stock 0.40 gap, and use this as a rule of thumb:
You want the biggest gap you can run without misfires or blowout.
So work your way down if you need to, but dont go smaller gap unless you need to.
When modding I personally suggest you try at least 3 different gaps to see what YOUR car likes.....not what some other guys car liked.
S3 pully technically could cause warranty issues.
but the change is very slight, if you talk to your dealership and ask them, they will best be able to tell you how they would feel about it.
Try and get it in writing if they say its ok.
The other route is to just do it, and if anything happens. then pully swap before going back to the dealer.
Be aware they will see scratching on your pully bolts and may realise youve likely changed pullies.
