It just didn't seem as fast as i was hoping for. Don't get me wrong, I love this car but having a SC on it, I would think it would pick up alittle more. 1st gear has ALOT of torque but when I shift into 2nd it just bogs down alot. Any ideas on how to open it up alittle more? Would getting a new air filter, intake open it up? This is my first 4 cyl. so this motor is new to me. I used to have a 2000 T/A LS1 and I knew what to do to it, but with this I am not really wanting to spend THAT much and put that much on it, so any ideas would be great. Thanks.

stage 2, intake and exhaust. that should be a good starting point. with stage 2 you will start to feel the power

 

First gear is a 3.38 ratio and second gear is a 1.89 ratio. Thats why it bogs down

 

wut if u took 2nd too a 2.10, or something could it be done and actually benefit?
