ok like 6 months ago my girlfriend had this bad idea to buy a used 2004 chevy aveo ls fully loaded, 5door hatchback becuase of gas priced here. well the dealership pushed her in to the deal, being like if you dont do this today the car will be gone so she did it with out talking to me or anyone about it "she has no ideas about cars". well i drove the car like a month ago and i think the car was a wrecked car and the dealership never told her that so i brought the aveo to a bodyshop and they said the think the front-end was rebuilt. so i dont wanna spend a $30 to find out if it was becuase then i will be contacting a lawyer. so my question is there any way to find out if it was wrecked without paying for it?

ya if it was in a wreck and had the front end rebuilt it should have a salvage title. you could prolly look on carfax too.

 

carfax had 7 claims but two of them they weren't sure what they were and the title is clean but i think it my be something that didnt total the car so it didnt effect the title
