all that is, is a marine blower which you can pick up a more powerful one for like $25-40 of course you'll get some power due to you forcing air into your intake but it wont be much. Its your car do what you want

This is the biggest pos part I have ever seen, I have seen dyno numbers from other cars and they actualy loose power due to the fans blades cause less intake flow, but only my opinion.

Off topic but my friend has a 99 Mustang GT procharged (centrifugal supercharger) from Vortec, and still my opinion they need to make a kit for the 2.2 and 2.4 Cobalt's, anyway back on topic.

Vortech and Procharger are 2 different companies (rivals accually)

That electric "blower" is useless. A complete waste of money.

Not the procharger company just a procharger in general, sorry didn't mean to make it sound like I was talking about the company.

I dunno about that, but hey it might happen if you get trash in the intake tube leading to the fan blades.

Vortech is Vortech. There is no Procharger associated with Vortech.

Just so you know I am not flaming, just clarifying. If your friend has told you the terminology, let him know.

It is either a Procharger or a Vortech, 2 different superchargers.

Ok I understand what you are saying, and I'm trying to stay on topic but a centrifugal supercharger is also called a procharger, and I am not bsing, look on the vortech site and procharger site and they are both prochargers just different companies, that's what the class of FI they are, even in NHRA they have a class called procharged, and from all I know from mechanics a procharger is a side mount from the engine not top mounted bolt on.

Procharger is a company. Vortech is a company. They are both centrifugal superchargers.
They are both sidemount. Paxton is another company that is quite similar, it is centrifugal and sidemount. There are others as well.

It's no biggie, someone is just giving you improper info.
