HELP ASAP!! Which tires??

Ok guys i have to get new tires asap...like today. I am trying to decide between BFG gforce sport or the kdw 2s. I need something like lasts longer than the pirellis but is quiet, handles and gets traction very well. I think i am going to get 225/40/18.

Any suggestions please!!!

First, go to www.discounttiredirect.com You won't find cheaper prices, that I am aware of. 2nd, they have 25 bucks off 4 tires last time I checked. And 3rd, I got the Falken FK 452s in a 225/45/18 and pulled a 2.226 60' my first trip ever to the track. I love them. Handle good, grip good, lay some black marks if need be , and are quiet. 135 a tire, cant beat it.

Sports are quieter and last longer, cheaper too. Only advantage to the KDWs is the sick amount of traction. I have KDWs, my buddy just switched to Sports. His car, with slightly less work, has less traction then me.

You check that website out? They have free ship and no tax. They ship fast as hell too. Cheapest tire in a 225/45 is the kumho spt then the falken fk 452. I love mine but I am sure no matter what tire you get you will like them.

Not bad, the Gforce sport is a good sports tire. The KDW is like a borderline track tire as far as grip is concerned, its way above average. The sport is good, the KDW is better in the traction department. All other factors favor the Sports, though.

I just put a set of (225/40/18) Firestone Firehawk Wide Ovals on my car. they were about 125 a pop, plus I got a 100 dollar mail in rebate. They didnt seem as wide as the 215/45/18 pirelli and there is less sidewall. They get good traction though, and treadwear is 320 traction AA temp A.

KDW 2's are expensive but well worth it. They're great in the rain and the tread lasts and lasts.

Plus they look agressive as ****. I get more compliments on my tires than my car

I had G-force sports on my cavalier with TONS of suspension mods. Those tires stuck like glue. I could NOT get them to break loose often and when they did they were very predictable.

When my pirelli's are smoked, i WILL buy the G-force sports again.

Drive them easy for the first 200 miles, let them wear in.
