So last night i was on my way home from a party, i stoped off to get some gas and as i was pulling out into the street a big ass suv was coming straight for me with no lights on (it was 1 in the morning). So in my haste to get out of the way i got on it a bit and swerved out of the way....no harm done right?...well i got out of the car and made sure everything was ok, and it was, so i got back in and tryed to go to reverse....nothing, tryed 1st was there, 2nd...nothing....3rd was there, 4....nothing....and 5th was there. 2nd 4th and 5th are all gone?!?!?!?!!. I barely have 15k miles on it....and this happens?...anyone know what this could be from? The car is down at the dealership right now getting looked at but i just wanted to know if anything like this has happened to any of you guys?

 

I had the same thing happen to my 06 RL, it ended up being the linkage.
