Butt-Weld Fittings info

I've been looking around for the past week, but I don't know if I've really gotten anywhere. I need some butt-weld fittings, Schedule 40S, at about 1 1/2 inch for 45 and 90 degree long radius bends.

I've e-mailed some companies, but wouldn't mind finding a place I can just place an order into a cart, and check out. Everywhere I've tried so far I have to print up an order form or something like that.

When/if I get any answers from the places I've e-mailed, I'll post

****, wow. I was not expecting this that fast.

Right now here is what I need, and I'll need more probably once I get started.

Five 45 degree and five 90 degree long radius bends

I'll need as close to the highlighted parts as possible. Also, what material would you suggest if it'll need to support up to about 1500 degrees F

I've also tried to research what type of material I should get that could be welded easily with the type of welding equipment that I will have available (I'll have to check) that will be able to handle 1600+degrees. My one book suggests using a mild steel.
