damn 13.722 but with a 102 trap...
i ran a 13.6 and trapped 108.. not bad for a redline..arent the redline's suppose to be lighter than the balts since they have 17" rims?but non the less, good times...wat mods do u have?

Either way, no, I wasn't using slicks. I haven't changed anything since the last time I ran. It was just a good night and I got lucky and got some good launches.
Put me at sea level on a better track and I'm sure I'll do better.

nice run, gimme that tune! larry said you have a more aggressive tune? looking at your car its not much differn mod wise then mine, despite you not having any interior haha. i think all you got that i dont is 2.8 and i got 2.9, killer times dude, i saw your first one at 13.90 or somthing but then i left.
Good runs. You would of trapped higher at a better elevation for sure. Very good 60". Excelent launch tech. You have no idea how I can not wait for my car to be done. exedy clutch/flywheel, H/E, dual pass, and drag radials, DP w/ highflow cat, GMP manifold is all new mods for me. There is no reason not to break into the 12s with those added mods.

To be quite honest, my car is just a bunch of bolt-on mods. The key to making them quick is a good 60'. If you look at my timeslip, I'm going through the 330' mark in less then 6 seconds. I'm not sure about all your mods, but I might have a few that you're not aware of... Come chat with me next time you see me around. I'm more then happy to show you what I've done.

Either way, I launch at about 2500-3000 rpm and ride the clutch out (don't dump it!!!) until it's all the way out. Then I ease into the throttle and shift when my shift light goes off. My redline is well above 6500 rpm, but we can talk about that later.
Just practice, practice, practice. See what works for you. Some say to stay out of the groove of the track, but I personally try to stay in it. Play with tire pressure if you think it will help. Once you get around the 2.1 to 2.2 second 60 foot on street tires, you know you've got the hang of it.
That's my advice anyways.
