Sooo my friend just got back from missiouri or how ever u spell it and he was soo happy to be home he wanted to show us how fast his car was because he just got it on the way home.. it was a 3000 gt twin turbo... soo he took us to a 25mph zone at like 11 30 and from the stop sign to about 100 yds we had already hit 110 mph...and thats when his ALL WHEEL DRIVE CAR started to spin... we went into a drift around the first turn and then the second turn we went into a 540 spin... down into a ditch and into a tree... Luckly everyone was okay besides the passenger who had a broken arm... I can tell u that that car is a lot quicker than i though.. when he told me that he runs stis and evos all day... now is when i understand.. I am scared to speed now... i will try to get picks

nooo well we didnt goo right into a tree... it was in a like subdivision on like 5 acre lots back in the woods... first turn he tried to drift itt...and then second we spunn like 5 times went down a ditch and then the tree line was a good 35 yds from the rd...

The driver should be made to watch as his car burned to the ground in front of him, and obviously you. YOU obviously dont understand how quicly all of you could have lost your lives cause its "faster than and evo" and "ITS ALL WHEEL DRIVE" Also He didn't drift He CRASHED. Period.

I still think if someone is driving at a rate of speed high enough to be considered wreckless driving and crashes and injures someone, they should be charged with assault with a deadly weapon. Period. There's no reason to risk someone's life just to show off how "fast" your car is. Show em your timeslip or your dyno sheet.

 

yep i agree here... it was fun at first but seriously from when we took off at the stop sign it all happened within 15 seconds....

AWD and twin turbo's cant fix stupid. I doubt he'll be able to fix the car. Parts are pretty expensive. He might be better off parting it out and buying a new one...

Damn that sucks. Good luck fixing that car, some parts for that car can be a bitch to find unless aftermarket. I had a bad AWD experience as well (06 WRX). Me and a friend were speeding in a 35 zone going probably 90. Went around the first corner just fine and then went around the second were there was water...It happened so fast. The car got sideways and the front end grabbed the median and spun us 360 to the left and the backend hit a palm tree on the outside and spun us 360 the other way onto the edge of a storm drain. We were ok but the car wasnt. 12k in damages.
