Hi, im new at this and i think the supercharger sounds really cool, but i love the way a bov sounds. is there anyway i can get the bov sound on my car? change the bypass valve?

The SS has a Eaton supercharger, not a certrifigual. So in other words, no it's not going to work.

 

Your choices are:
1) Twin charge it (hahahaha)
2) Turbo swap (doable...)
3) Electric BOV sound emulator from e-bay (HAHAhahaha)
4) Roll down the windows and open cans of shaken-up cola whenever you shift.......

 

lol you want to know what a BOV would sound like on our cars?

You would hear the BOV during all times of normal driving, the only time you wouldnt hear the BOV would be when your car is seeing boost pressure. WOuld be the most annoying sound ever

ive heard of drilling a hole into ur intake with a tube connected to one of those small breather filters will give it someone what of a bov sound......im not sure tho my friend did that on his 3.8 supercharged regal and said it sounds like it but im not sure i didnt get to hear his car he coulda just done it to think hes cool too

don't bother dude I've also asked and people just rip you in half. If you have a the SS/SC put an intake system and the supercharger will sound real nice. I just did it this weekend and the supercharger sound real nice.
