What were your 60' times in the cobalt?

 

those three runs were 2.17,2.18,2.19

 

That was on street tires too right, your new kumhos?

 

My best is a 2.226 my first time there. I am heading back to the track the 22nd. I am hoping for 13s with a 2.1-2.2 60'.

 

yep, never lowered the tire pressure or anything. those were not the new ones though, i only bought 2 new ones since i knew id be drag racing soon

 

When I ran I took mine to about 25 psi. PM me your secrets to launching lol. I was happy with a 2.226 my first time.

DONT PLUS REP ME! i think the best ive had on street tires was a 2.11, and i was running lower tire pressure then. i had boost pulled to 85% in first gear. made the car way more consistent. runs were 11.37, 11.40, 11.28, 11.33, 11.38

What was that car you raced after the S2000 that got a jump on you? A nissan? Nice runs though. What are your mods, I don't see them in your sig.

 

yea it was a maxima, actually pretty quick for what it was. he went 12.07 that pass. i didnt exactly try to get off the line fast because i was dicking around blaring "walk the line" just because i thought it would be funny to see a car go buy at 90 playing that song.

mods are def. in the video
