this has been posted a few times on here already... i can't remember the name of the guy who built it, but the money was well spent on it. it's meant to be a show car, and they accomplished that.

that car is rob mulls car he is from IL hes owner of evilZ24 cavalier with silvia headlights he has some of the vildest rides

btw seen the car in person and its done up nice def show car though i loved it alot
