How much do 225/40-18 tires throw your speedo off by?

Very small, 1 to 2 mph. Thats actually within the allowable range that your speedo could be off stock. So depending on if your speedo is high or low stock, you might actually be closer to your true mph.

but why would it change when he's got an ss/sc and those figures are the same for the stock tires? There should be no difference at all.
