WOW. travis is the man!!! being a drummer too, i really look up to him!

 

song sounds sick with a set playing with it. and he is a bad ass drummer, but just an FYI... he isn't playing with two sticks in each hand, its just that he is swinging the sticks faster than the camera's resolution can pick up so there is a shadow effect. you can see in the slow part where he does a drumroll at 3:00 and in the beginning as well he is only holding one stick in each hand.

I have been playing drums for about 10 years now and Travis Barker (and Neil Pert, RUSH) are GODS

 

Don't foget Chad Sexton from 311.... he is ridiculous.

Yea, I keep watching this over and over. I have a ton of Travis Barker solos on my comp. The guy really is amazing.

 

what about Carter Beauford from Dave Matthews band. He's amazing too.

 

Travis and all the others mentioned are all great drummers .. but you still cant forget about imo the best drummer alive. His name is Rick Allen and hes the drummer for Def Leppard, for that man to have only one arm .. he's a Legend.

 

haha i must admit he is crazy good too, but don't forget he uses probably about 4 times the amount of foot peddles (not taking away from anything, just saying)

 

i just wanna say that i don't think its the worst song ever, but yes he made it sound so fukin cool. automatic favorite. kinda like 'this is why i'm hot' turned to 'this is why i rock'. i think the drummer from avenged sevenfold is good too. somtimes i hear his drumming and i'm like but i really wouldn't know.

 

travis barker is just hands down amazing
