Question Manual to Power Mirrors

Can you get power mirrors installed like you can windows and door locks?

Of course you can, all it takes is money. The best idea would be to get the parts at a junkyard and do it yourself. I don't think there is an aftermarket kit for this so the factory parts are all that are available.
If you can't do it yourself, just walk into the dealer and get a quote, but I bet it will be more $$ than most people would think it is worth.
There are aftermarket mirrors, but I don't know if they are power.

Most of the time manufactures install the same wiring harness in all model levels of a car. This saves money on cars being customized to order. So any power options that are not installed on your car from the factory can easily be installed afterwards by simpling getting the parts needed.
