Question about Hahn's turbo kit

it says on tntautosports that you are required to send in your ecm for a reflash prior to installation?

to those who have it installed, how's the installation?

install is supposed to be fairly easy, had mine installed though... but yeah you have to mail your pcm and tcm to hahn for the tune.

you can tune thru the fpr though so the end tuning is adjustable and hahn can set your timing accordingly to what you want. end user tuning works fine though.

The only systme on the board that appears to truely work with no drivability or CEL issues (so far) is Celicacobalt's car. The Alpine kit on my car never worked (tune-wise), and if you go S/C you're on your own - there is no turnkey solution. The ECU in the 2.4 is too sophisticated to simply bluff it into accepting a S/C or turbo the way all previous kits for EFI cars did it. Take it from someone who lost a bunch of money trying - if there's a proven, drivable solution with no CAIs, spend whatever it takes to get it. So far, that means Hahn, and only Hahn. ANY attempt to low-ball a solution WON'T WORK.

I also have the Garrett kit. I didnt go though Hahn on the changes they made for the kit. But I do have the Hahn Tuning setup. My car runs great with no CEL or anything..
