GMP extrude honed or CA header?

I'm thinking about getting a header next month, and was wondering what you guys think is the better buy. I know as far as pricing goes, the GMP header is much pricier, but which has the better performance?

The header will do more for you, the honed manifold I think is a waste. You could port the stock one yourself and get nice gains, I've done 3 of them already.
