2007 Cobalt SS Supercharged. Nice car, but I can not even drive it. Lovin ICBC.

Came across a super deal on a 2007 Cobalt SS/SC. It only has 8000 KM's. Full load with a real nice Purple/blue paint.

The car was in a flood in Alberta and from what I can see it sat in about a foot of water. The floor got wet and that is about it.

The car is now in B.C. Interior clean up and and a new air filter and I got a pretty much new car for less than half price.

The problem is we found out it was written off as Dismantle only in Alberta. Not sure why a little water made it a complete and total write off but it does not even have a salvage title, it can not be re licensed.

So I have a mint 2007 Cobalt SS/SC. That I can't use.

Anybody have any ideas? Short of some shifty and very illegal VIN swaping I see a race car and that is about it.

yea looks like your sol. once a car is titles as dismantle only, there is no way to re-register it. hope you didnt pay to much for it, about all you can do is part it out, or race car.
