Look here for Video of DC Sports for the 2.2

Though not on a cobalt, I took the new DC Sports cat-back for the cobalt and had it retrofitted to my 04 Saturn ION. This is quite possibly the first internet clip of this system. I apologize but the video isn't the greatest quality. It's from a 2.0MB camera, so the buzziness is really exaggerated. It doesn't sound as deep and buzzy in person. Better vids to follow once I find a better camera to git 'r done with.

Clicky here...(18.5 MB file)
And Here...(3.5 MB file)

As I said, better vids to follow at a later date, but I tried my best to get decent vids as soon as I could. Hope you enjoy.

I'd like to hear some outside sound, but from what I heard, I like it.

Is it just me or did it seem like that car did 0-60 in 6 seconds?

In due time you will. Didn't have a chance to get my buddy to follow me and record.

sorry I've been so busy these past couple days. I will get some outside driving vids when I can. For now, I have a revving vid and you can see what it looks like from outside as well. Again, camera is an older one, so audio isn't really crisp. Hope you like it.

Cricky here...

Oops, flange that goes to downpipe needs to be cut off because this system has a 2-bolt and the cobalt system has a 3-bolt. 05+ IONs should also have a 2-bolt system.

Other than that, some of the hangers cannot be used. They need to be re-welded.

Yeah because the Tsudo was made forthe ION (albeit for the older IONs, but for an ION nonetheless) and the cobalts possibly have slightly different mounting points. Ah well, let's just say it doesn't take much to get it on there. lol

So how are you liking your Tsudo? I was about to cave and get that one but I found this deal.

well considering I can get the silencer out to save my life its been more of a pain in the ass than anything. Its too quiet to enjoy the sound with the silencer in and there is also no power gain with the silencer in.

If I could get it out I'd be able to give you a better opinion...if I could find a decent sized tip with a 2.5" inlet I'd just cut it off probably, its too big anyway.
