that will be tough. i can give it a try when im done photochoping my pics. its going to be tough to make your headlights and stuff look good.

not fixable. i'm not even going to try. sorry bro, but there's nothing you can do with that. i would suggest putting some kind of cool filter on it and try to salvage the pic

bottom one is an attempt at cleanup...first one is an applied filter to make it look cool....you sir need a better
