whats up my cobalt peeps!!!!!!!!!!!!!! my question is ...... Is it true that there is a secret key located under the driverside dash ????????? reason why i ask this sort of dumb question that i doubt very highly . is because i was reading a thread on this site about someone having there car stollen . he said he left the keys in the ignition while it idle so it can warm up . then some of the other members were stating that there was back up key under the driverside dash . and that would be the only way they would turn the car on cuz our cars have the pass key system "chipped key". is this true ?????????????

 

If you have an aftermarket remote starter you have to have a key inserted with the passkey system that will bypass it so you can use the remote starter.
