i am not sure it really depends how hard you drive normally and what the roads are like where you live. i know of some bad roads in VA but still look more for the best bang for the buck. and IMO i would worry more of upgrading brakes and tires over suspension if i was going to a track day.

coilovers suck for everyday driving. i couldnt stand bouncing off the ground!

if you hit a bump the car flys up and when it its down my foot would fly off the pedal and then hit it again and the car would jerk alot =\

I'm pretty sure those are the same as Cobaltperformance.com's Cobalt Control Pro Coilovers, they just like their name on it better. These coilovers are everywhere, and they are modified up to the GT Pro's at a higher price and performance rating. I'm also pretty sure CA coilovers are also the same as the KSport Kontrol Pro Coilovers as well, but i can still be mistaken.

Also, how come JBP coilover's aren't listed? $2800 too much for everyone? i read someone's post about the progressive dampening allowing it to keep its rigidity in cornering and acceleration, and also keeping a smooth ride in normal driving.

GravanaTuning had me set on B&G, but with H&R at the same price i'm not sure. All coilovers are starting to look the same.

Just for everyones info... Rksport and H&R are the same. This is from turbo tech racing.

KU: RKS12035076
Brand: RKSport
Engineered for street and occasional track use, H&R Coil-Overs feature a fully-threaded shock body (not an imitation sleeve-over) that allows you to precisely dial in height adjustment to achieve optimum weight transfer, or simply get the aggressive look you've been looking for. Featuring H&R's exclusive dynamic damper technology, each shock is engineered to work in harmony with a progressive-rate spring, together creating a finely-tuned suspension system.
You can earn 2583 Reward Points on this product!
Price: $1,291.45

I vote for those if they have adjustable damping.
