make your own turbo manifolds

http://www.jgstools.com/turbo/index2.html
UNDER TURBO MANIFOLD KITS
.GM
.ECOTEC

Stage 1 Turbo Header Kit Difficultly- 2
Our best selling basic turbo header kit, perfect for N/A to turbo conversions. They feature very little internal volume so RPM boost threshold (spool up) will be lower in the rpm band than so-call TUNED EQUAL LENGHT turbo headers. Also good for street and drag racing where low rpm performance is a must. When done properly, up to 600HP is achievable (on a good flowing built DOHC 16v 4 cylinder engine) Most applications are kept in stock and ready to ship. Note- subject to processing time, please see ordering info

Stage 2 Turbo Header Kit Difficultly- 1
Same as our Stg. 1 THK but the manifold section is all ready assembled. All that is required is locating the radius plate/turbo flange, cutting out the turbo port, welding the radius plate/turbo flange on, and surfacing both flanges.
2-3 weeks fabrication time on top of the our normal processing time!

Enjoy

i had one of their kits for my ford focus, great quality piece and if you get the stg 2 (what i had) the welds look immaculate and you can tell it was a great quality piece

i think total cost so far for the one i made is about 40 dollars, did all machining, welding, fab work myself but for people that only have have limited access or no access at all to machinery this is a good thing for them...
