New style projectors: Black car, chrome housing

Hey guys just got em and threw them in real quick, took literally 10 mins. Went to take pics with my digi-cam and battery is dead, so I took some with my phone to hold you over til I get better ones. I am also throwing HIDs in these on the 24th so i'll update with more pics after that.

actually i don't think mine are as shitty as everyone's...but when I throw the HIDs in them i'm gonna try and mess with the positioning of the bulb....think that's the problem

Do these require modification of the housing to install the HIDS?

I have some hids from vision bulbs I have never installed. I want better enclosures something to focus the beam a bit more because I don't want to blind oncoming traffic.

no modification at all....only problem is you will need an H7 HID bulb for it to work...the old projectors used H1

These look incredibly good. I'm debating between black and chrome housing for my 07 black ss/na. I think i want black, but chrome looks good too.

I think black housing. I find with the chrome there is to much reflection from the halos off the housing. I think that the black would make them stand out more. Still though they are nnnniiiccceee!!!!
