Can I Put a ZZP 2.8 pulley with the 42lb stage 2 injectors without a tune?
And i am going to buy the adjustable tensioner for the belt.

You can, although I wouldn't go any lower than that though unless you live high up. The stage 2 tune is on the rich side, most people have successfully run a 2.8" without much problem. A tune at that point is still recommended if you can get one, and for a 2.7" or 2.6" the 60lb injectors are required, and a tune is also.
